PROOFING Even when your own artwork is used, we recommend that we provide you with a proof before we proceed to print. This ensures that the colours we print are the colours that you have envisaged (and it never hurts to give the text a final check). It is all too easy to skip lightly through a proof and assume that everything will turn out right when printed. In fact it is almost human nature not to check printing until the finished product is delivered. Unfortunately this is too late. We work hard to ensure each print job is absolutely perfect. Please play your part in this by helping us to check the proof copy carefully. Once the proof form has been signed and returned to us with instructions to proceed to print we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, whether or not they appeared in the original job instructions, unless they are clearly marked on the proof.
